You can request a proof at checkout on the shopping cart page in the lower-left corner.

• Orders will ship within 3 business days.  
• Your  specific delivery date will depend on the shipping method you choose upon checkout.
• For more urgent needs, National Name Badge does offer both 1 Day and 2 Day expedited production service.  You can add this expedited service to your shopping cart at checkout.

National Name Badge has no minimum order.

• The best art file is Vector at least 300 dpi.  
• We can accept JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF, AI, EPS, BMP, and TIFF files
• Maximum file size is 8 MB.

Aside from customer’s expedited processing or magnet clasp requests, there are NEVER any additional fees (NO artwork fees, NO design fees, NO set up fees, etc).

• National Name Badge offers free shipping on orders over $50.00.
• For orders under $50.00, the shipping charges are dependant on the method of shipping that you choose at check out.
• National Name Badge offers shipping rates from USPS and FedEx.

Yes, our Shipping Speeds always include our production time after the order is released into production.

They are not guaranteed.  While National Name Badge can guarantee our production time, once the order is in the carrier’s possession, we cannot guarantee they will not experience carrier or weather delays.

We utilize USPS and Fedex shipping services.  This is based on who we feel will offer our customers the best mix of on-time delivery and fair price.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that has your tracking number in it.  You can also retrieve your shipment tracking by going into your order history on the National Name Badge website.
