Terms and Conditions
The following National Name Badge Terms of Service apply to all sales made by National Name Badge Inc. By sending your payment, you agree to abide by these Terms of Sale. We may modify these terms from time to time.
We cannot accept returns of customized products that have been approved by the customer unless there is evidence of a defect that is our fault. In this case, we will ship you a no-cost replacement, not issue a refund.
A claim of defective or incorrect name badges must be made within 7 business days of the delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 days after proof approval. Large orders may take a bit longer.
Your order will ship from our Pittsburgh, PA manufacturing facility.
Your actual delivery date will depend upon the method of shipment you choose at checkout.
National Name Badge offers you several different USPS shipping methods to satisfy your needs.
Missing shipments in which USPS tracking shows delivered must be addressed with your local mail carrier.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
All orders are sold FOB National Name Badges Pittsburgh area manufacturing facility. If parts arrive damaged in transit, all claims for damage and loss must be made directly with the carrier you selected within 7 days of receipt of the parts.
If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to inform us of a missing package. Inquiries received after7 days will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible to file their own claims for lost orders with the carrier - we are not able to file claims for you.
Please inspect all shipments within 7 days of receipt.
Our website allows for effortless reordering of your prior orders. When you order from National Name Badge, your prior order details and designs will be saved for your future use. To access you prior saved and purchased designs, you must log in to your account.
We will NEVER sell your information or provide your personal information to any 3rd party.
We may use your email to send you promotions. If you do not wish to receive these promotional announcements, you can easily stop them by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the email.
Acceptable Content Guidelines
We respect and protect the creative rights of others. To order from us, you must either own the content you submit to us, or have the right to use, display, and resell it. All submitted content must comply with the rights of publicity, trademark, and copyright laws.
An order may be canceled before the production of the order begins.
Once production of the order begins, because of the custom nature of the product, the order cannot be canceled.
Please be advised that our typical order production starts in less than 24 hours after receipt of the order.
Once a proof has been approved by the customer, no further changes can be made.
